How to access and raise a ticket through service portal
To raise a problem you have with IT Support, you will need to go through the service portal.
To do this you will need to use this link, Support : Corporate Travel Management (freshservice.com)
After clicking this link you will need to login, (top right of the screen) and click CTM Travel sign in on the next screen.
Once you will get this screen,
You have 4 options.
Report An Issue
'report an issue' is if you are having issues with an application or a bigger issue e.g. your laptop, you will need to use this section to raise it with IT service desk and they will decide whether it should be raised with a different department or they will prioritise your ticket among the tickets they have already.
Once you have clicked this section you will see this screen,
You will need to categorise your issue, state your email, give a subject of the issue, state who this is affecting in case it could be a bigger issue and then tell a brief explanation of the issue.
Select A Service
'select a service' is for if you have a request for a new laptop or phone etc, you will use this section as well as if you need an application downloaded or need to report a new starter. If you work at home and need equipment you will also need to raise this here.

There are many sections to look at on this screen and all of them includes all peoples needs.
All hardware tickets will be treated with low priority unless urgent, new starters need to be raised at least 2 weeks in advance.

'Browse help articles' is for all of the public solutions that IT Support believe that will be useful to you such as this one, this could be for sabre, public solutions can only include the solutions that do not require admin support/login.
Once you click on this section you will get this screen,
All of the solutions will pop up here for you to search through to maybe solve your issue.
Approve Requests is only for the higher ups, this will be for purchase orders etc.
