Booking a meeting room from your calendar
You can book a meeting room through either Outlook or Teams, they both link to the same calendar. The below shows screenshots from Teams, but the principal is the same for Outlook.
Add in the details for your meeting the same as you would, including the title, attendees, and setting the time.
In the 'ADD LOCATION' field, click once. You will have options of locations that have meeting rooms loaded. Select your preferred location.
Once you select your location, it will show you which rooms have availability. Select your preferred room. At this stage your room is not confirmed!
You will receive an email from the room. Once you receive the confirmation email your booking is confirmed.
