Global Security - Third Party Risk Management
Customers have the option to independently subscribe to third-party risk management services, separate from their Travel Management Company (TMC). These services offer various advantages for both clients and travelers, assisting clients when travelers are going to restricted countries or are in potentially risky situations. Notable examples of these third-party risk management companies include Healix, iJet, iSOS, and Worldaware.
In our role as the TMC, it's our responsibility to automatically send all Passenger Name Records (PNRs) to the chosen risk management provider. For example we utilise the FNBTS method within the Sabre system, ensuring that all PNRs are consistently forwarded at the completion of transactions, even if they come from different Global Distribution Systems (GDS). Agents are not expected to perform this process manually.
To implement this setup for your customer, please coordinate with eu.appsupport@travelctm.com. This action will initiate the automatic queuing of bookings to the Risk Management company whenever a PNR is generated or modified.
