Freshchat Notifications
Chat notifications are set per user.
Agents need to toggle to Freshchat using the rainbow Freshworks Switcher at the bottom of the side menu bar.
Select Freshchat crm/sales (you may have more than one option for Freshchat here, so select the right one)
In the top right corner of the screen, select the notifications bell.
Adjust the notification settings to what you would like them to be.
