Signature details incorrect
Details of your signature are centrally managed, with most of them synching from ADP. If the details in your signature are incorrect then please raise a call with EU HR to have them updated.
The exception to this is your telephone numbers which can be updated from you Microsoft profile.
Log in to office.com using your travelctm.com email address
In the top right hand corner you will see either your profile picture or your initials (if you haven't added a picture. Why not add one while you are here?)
Then select My Microsoft 365 profile.
Click on Update Profile
Click on the edit button next to the phone icon and add your phone number.
