Going into Unreachable state
If you find yourself going into the state Unreachable
Please make sure you are NOT clicking on cancel at the stage of VOIP Registration,
1. Check to make sure ‘VoIP status’ is green & connected.
2. Check to make sure you are not in ‘contingency mode’ and your target number is blank.
3. Ensure you are connected to the internet.
4. It is suggested you are connected via LAN cable.
5. If at home please check your speed of your connection by going to Speedtest by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test (https://www.speedtest.net). You need to have at least 10-15MB Download and 10-15MB Upload.
