Travcom Users - Hotel Corrections
Travcom hotel data can be corrected using the STMUser application
Hotel Names, Address, City code , Chain, Phone Number
In StmUser select the MIadjustments> Posted Records>Hotel Names menu
The following screen will be presented with various options to narrow your search criteria
1..Issued from date
2. Issue to date
3. Profile Number - If you know the profile number enter it in the "= "text box if you need multiple accounts that have the same prefix enter the prefix in the "like" text box
4. Hotel Name - enter the name that you want to correct eg "Premier Inn" this will retrieve all records including "Premier inn" within the hotel name
once you have completed your selection criteria click the "Get records" Button
The returned records may be sorted by selecting the relevant header.
You can then correct the relevant field (Name,Address,City Chain,Phone Number ) by either over typing the field or by pasting the correct information into the field.
If you make a mistake it is possible to revert back to the original database value by clicking "ResetHotelToOldValue"
Once you have finished your corrections click OK The system will ask you to then confirm your changes if you are happy click ok. at this point once you click ok. Any changes you have made will now be committed and it will not be possible to revert them to their original values
Hotel Rates
In StmUser select the MIadjustments> Posted Records>VoucherRates menu. (see first screenshot)
The following screen will be presented with the option to enter the Voucher / Invoice Number
Once you have entered a voucher / Invoice number click search
Enter the Total amount of the stay in GBP into the Gross amount field. Then click Update changes
The system will then calculate the the rate and update Travcom
Voucher Status
In StmUser select the MIadjustments> Posted Records>Voucher Status menu (see first screen shot)
The following screen will be presented with the option to enter the Voucher Number or confirmation number
Once you have entered your voucher number or confirmation number click "Search"
Select your required voucher status then click Save.
