CTM Data Hub - Client Reporting Role Access (add user)
Within the App, you may review and update clients report roles, add/updated access and manage schedules for report delivery/distribution.
- To add a new user (email) to a reporting role in CTM Data Hub, access the CTM MIS EMEA Self Service App
- Select option 2; 'Data User Search and Add'
- Select the green button (top right) 'Request New User'
- Enter and select the required reporting role
- add the users email address
- click 'Submit'
The request will be completed within 24 hours.
