CTM Client UDID Mapping Template
Where we service clients from multiple offices and/or our partner network, we must consolidate and place the client UDID's from their various locations in local systems into a central space within reports.
This is what we refer to as Client UDID Mapping.
When an account is first set-up, the lead Business Manager and the Implementation team should identify the client UDID's required for reporting.
These should be listed on the following template with each servicing country entering alongside the position that item is collected in the local system.
The file should then be returned to the GDM Service Desk (MIS) team to complete the mapping in data warehouse.
Once these 2 steps have been completed, the mapped UDID's will be seen (if entered at the time of booking/invoice) within the Global Reports available via CTM Data Hub.
