Unlocking someone Webpay account
Go to the Webpay portal https://webpay.conferma.com log in as IT_dept@redfern-travel.com password is in Keepass and Asset Register
We are not able to reset password. The user will click on link on webportal “forgot password” which will send a link to them via registered email address for them to change.
Go to top right corner
Administration – Search for user – click on user and then take the tick out of Locked Out.
Make sure you let user know their username as this could be a reason why they are being locked out.
