Move / Delete all mail from one sender to a folder
This can be done if you want to move all the mail that you have received from am user to a new folder, or if it is not required and you want to mass delete.
Log on to Office.com and select Outlook from your available apps.

If you need to open up a Shared Mailbox then follow these steps. Go to the top right while in Outlook and click on your initials or picture, then select open another mailbox and enter the full name of the inbox you want to access.

Once in the correct inbox, click on an email from the person you want to manage.
You will get options along the top of your inbox. Select Sweep and then select which option you want to do (create a new folder if you wish), followed by OK.
***WARNING****
If there are a lot of emails that this action will take place on then it can take a long time to action, Your inbox will become inactive while it is doing these actions. Please plan your time accordingly (i.e do this at the end of your working day if there are a lot of actions you expect to be taken)
