How to update my desk ID
Whenever you switch phones, you need to update Sesui so it knows where to direct your calls.
To do this, you need to log in to the Sesui site below with your 8 digit user ID and PIN number.

Once you've logged in, you'll see one of the screens below (depending on your license type and which team you’re in)
There is a box with a 5 digit number in, and a button which says “Update #”
This number specifies where incoming calls will be routed. i.e. 52317 will route calls to the desk phone which has the ID 52317. If you were to put in a full number, i.e. your mobile number, it will route calls to your mobile.
The ID of the desk phone is in the top left corner of the phone’s digital display.
Once you’ve entered the number, just click the “Update #” button and it will update your profile.
